About the Event
All welcome. Wheelchair access. You will need to be able to sit in your chair or on the ground. This will be a quiet space while meditation is taking place. The instructure will guide participants through voice and calming music will be played in the background during meditation. Meditation is a way to calm and release tension and stress inside of us. We all have it in various forms. Meditation has many benefits including health and wellbeing. It also connects us deeply to our inner being. We can create a safe and calming place within. Stay and mingle after.. make new friends on the same pathway to a glowing inner peaceful world. Free event.
